Designed in collaboration with mk designs, the wingman is your trusty sidekick. Crafted to replace the boring side panels of the royal enfield twins (Interceptor 650 & Continental GT 650), Bear 650 with a more utilitarian luggage system. The bags blend perfectly with the lines of the 650, making it feel like the bike just rolled out of the factory.
Mounting the bags on the stock side panels was never an option. The bags would never blend perfectly and the bulge in the side panels would drastically reduce the usable capacity of the bags. The rock solid flat panels from mk designs solves both these challenges. The plates can also be used without the bags.
Crafted from signature heavy duty trip machine leather, the bags are made to last and will age gracefully with time. The simple push button system allows the bag to be opened in a snap and a unique zip puller also allows the bag to be locked. A small tool kit mount on the right side can be used to store the original tools from royal enfield.

I bought the left Wingman and installed it on my RE Int 650. Very pleased with the overall quality, design and utility. So much so I decided to purchase the right Wingman but noticed that you were sold out on the brown tobacco color so I bought one on ebay.

Absolutely love them! Nice and compact for your daily commute. Gives the Interceptor a more stylish look, you can tell it is truly genuine leather from its feel and smell, got them on tobacco brown. Well crafted, worth the wait and its value. Super easy to install.

Very high quality
Cheap materials and abysmal customer service. Bags were delivered a month late, then one bag started to peel like a cheap sneaker within weeks. I contacted customer service with photos and was ignored for over a week. Finally I was asked to send a video which I did and was ignored for over a week again. The was told its wear and tear...How could this be after a few weeks and only one side is peeling. I insisted and they said they'd get back to me in a week. I waited two weeks before writing again and again told it's wear and tear and that now it's out of warranty after they delivered late and delayed in responding to me. Extremely disappointed in this brand. For such a pricey bag one expects decent quality, not cheap, fake leather that peels. I was ready to give the benefit of the doubt and accept it was a one off defect but the way they refuse to take responsibility and simply say wear and tear and ignore you for weeks is insulting.

“Dire Company to deal”!! Purchased the Trip Machine “Wingman” side bags & other items for my 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 based upon they clearly “Advertise it fits” ??? “It doesn’t” ! There’s so much wrong with the metal back plates manufactured by “MK Design” & Without a great deal of customisation work which will involve cutting, filing & re drilling location holes, then Re powder coating the complete job, the 2 panels will never fit! You then contact them multiple times, including sending them 3 videos that you’ve put together showing them evidence, they do not fit, in attempt to resolve this, hoping at least they’ll come up with an amicable solution? Waste of time, it makes no difference you messaging them, they don’t care nor want to help do anything for you, Quick enough to take your money without any intention to ensure they look after their customers, the very least they could do is to ensure the product they sell does what it’s intended purpose for? If you value your money & sanity? Go else where, I should have looked at all the Dire Reviews first, that was my mistake!
Great bags, but only concerned about how long it'll last because the inner thighs will always touch the bags while standing and it's showing some wear as you can see. My suggestion is to use the bags only frequently, i.e. maybe if you're on a long tour and require additional space else, you may keep the already existing side panels for your daily use.

Great fit using the wingman side bag on the Triumph Thruxton. Had to modify a side alloy backing plate to house the side bag but it can be done if you’re creative and have a panel-cutter as your friend. Shipping was fast. The 100% leather bag is well stitched and the quality is top notch. Thanks TripMachine for the experience
DON'T ORDER THESE BAGS, THE QUALITY IS BAD, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST!!!!!! I ordered the wingman, not 2 weeks into using them, they fell apart. Broken zippers, bubbling leather. I contacted customer service and they said they would repair the bags. I 1. Paid for the bags 2. paid to send you the bags Now they want me to pay again to have the bags shipped back to me after telling me they would ship it back to me for free. This is what they wrote: “Got it. I have sent this for review, but what we can do right now is offer a free repair for it. You will have to ship the bags back to us and bear the cost for shipping it to us. We will handle the costs of shipping it back to you.” IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I SENT IT BACK AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE BAGS THAT I PAID FOR DON'T ORDER THESE BAGS
Updates on shipping was excellent. The wingman is 100% leather and excellent quality. Look fwd to fixing it on my Triumph Thruxton even though it’s made for RE bikes. I shall custom a alloy back plate to fit into my Triumph side panel
Really nice bags, it’s surprising how much you can get in them and I don’t notice them when I’m riding. One side now contains a full first aid kit, leaving the other free for any of my other bits & pieces. Highly recommend 🙂

Great, i love product. Got key chain as a gift, thank you for that. The only thing I'm not happy is with your logistic partner, package came bad condition,there were holes on the main box , although product inside was ok. There are some white spots on my wingman bags , cracks on bags belt. Don't know wheather that's ok or should I replace?

So the Wingman bags took a while to arrive but overall I am very happy with the quality, craftsmanship and look of them. They fit the bike beautifully and imo are much better than lower cost "strap over" executions. That said, they aren't cheap but overall I'm happy and they are worth the money I paid. The 4 star review (and not 5) is because of the buckles - which have not failed on this bag, but one failed on my tank bag (which I bought through Amazon and have ordered a replacement - as it's less than on month old!). I'm hoping the Trip Machine designers hear this feedback and design a most robust execution for the buckle (or make it easy to send parts when they fail). They feel flimsy in comparison to the excellent overall quality of the rest of the bag.

Needed a bit of storage on the bike when the panniers were off. These are perfect and add a great aesthetic look to the bike. Only went with the right side bag. May get the left at some point, though the one bag has all the room needed.

If you want to enjoy the freedom of the Interceptor, you may not always want to carry a backpack on your back while riding. These Wingman bags are the perfect solution. They have a surprisingly large capacity and replace the ugly standard side covers on the Interceptor 650. I am absolutely thrilled. As always with all Tripmachine parts. Installation was very easy thanks to the video, and the workmanship of the bags is flawless.
Die Taschen sehen prima aus und verstauen nützliche Kleinigkeiten. Das Leder ist sehr weich. Der Regenüberzieher ist gut und sinnvoll, gerade beim Waschen. Die Lasche für den Reißverschluss könnte im geschlossenen Zustand hinten sein. Leider kamm man die Taschen nicht schnell abnehmen. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen.

great product, high quality materials. Fits well and doesn't interfere with my legs on the bike. Delivery a bit on the slow side though.
Hello tripmachine! I'll try to improve your excellent product Some points to think about 1) I would use Allen screw with Dome shape in order to avoid damaging phone screen or any object (brass would be perfect ) 2) please provide matched rubber grommet ( the original are not fit well) 3) washers for the screws to divide the pressure on the leather properly 4) zipper going hard in corners.. You can find smoother models 5) main stitching seam can be piped in order to get good folding when you flip after stitching 6) no edge finishing, it's important to finish the edge of the leather ( tokonole is option ) 7) I would use harness leather for the straps and medium firmness leather for the main body ( milled finish ) 8) provide a bracket to hold the seat cable in place, " Srinivas Ganesh" will explain you about it in YouTube Thank you very much Good luck Juliusberg
I was very excited to receive my Tripmachine wingman side panel. Communication from the side of Tripmachine ahead of shipping was excellent. Shipping was very fast. The side panel looks great. The leather and craftsmanship seems of high quality and standard. The installation was very easy and the result looks great. A real looker on the bike. However I feel that the bag is indeed in the way when riding due to the set back foot pegs on the GT650 and even more so when stopping and putting the foot down on the ground. Due to this the bag is already showing creases and signs of wear where it is being squished by my leg after just 3 rides. Unfortunately I will be taking it off again.

The leather is of great quality and fits well with the motorcycle. My only recommendation is, it would be great if came with extra nuts, bolts and washers.
