Great sized tank bag. Solid attachment and looks great on my chrome Interceptor. Highly recommended.
Loved the tank bag.
I liked the product, but unfortunately a very unpleasant situation occurred. This item was supposed to be awarded as a prize at a motorcycle event, but it did not arrive on time. We had to send several messages and emails before it was finally shipped, which was disappointing. In any case, we managed to hold the raffle without the item, and when it eventually arrived, we delivered it to the winner. I believe the 110 participants understood the situation. That said, the product itself is very good.
First of all I like the website very much as well as the gear they make which are of very good quality! It is for me not the first time I order something from them and certainly not the last. Second I ordered the navigator tank bag (brown & tobacco) on a Monday, on Tuesday at 10.15 local time (I live in the Netherlands) I received the confirmation, Friday at 12.15 local time I received my order!! Really... faster is absolutely impossible!!! In summary: Very well made nice looking bag and fits perfectly on the tank with magnets. Taste remains personal, but I recommend it!!

I had been receiving adds for from Trip Machine on Instagram and I loved the classic look, especially paired with my Triumph Bonneville. I admit, I was a little skeptical about the quality for the reasonable price. I had owned a Royal Enfield and the third party accessories I ordered ended up being low quality junk. NOT WITH TRIP MACHINE! I was surprised that it arrived in 2-3 weeks, faster than advertised. The quality is good with the materials, stitching, and overall thoughtfulness of the Navigator tank bag. You can tell it was designed by motorcycle riders. There's a few details I love, like the cable passthrough from the smartphone area to the main compartment. I like that it's the perfect size to also hold sunglasses and a few other accessories at the ready. It's so nice to have universal accessories that look great, solid quality, and does not destroy my wallet.

To be fair, I haven’t put it to much use yet but it passed a road test yesterday with flying colours. Stuck to the tank no problem and should be just what I’m looking for, for holding small items, tickets etc when travelling. Overall quality, very good. Thanks to all the guys at Trip Machine 😎👍

One of the best decision that i have ever made by buying this product by "Trip Machine" . Instead of the traditional mobile holders that looks relatively ugly and doesn't support multi purpose use. I really enjoy this product by using it for my daily commute.
Very tidy bag, fits my phone, wallet & sunglasses easily. Also holds well to the tank. Ps. The grip wraps were installed just over 2yrs ago, never needed to re-glue the ends or anything and still get plenty of comments about them.

I've bought a lot of products from Trip Machine and I love everyone one of them including the navigator bag I'm reviewing. Unfortunately I was looking for a specific size to store my repair kit items which included a battery operated tyre inflator. The dimensions of the Navigator bag fit the purpose perfectly. Until it was delivered and the bag was too small. The problem as I mention to the customer service guy was the dimensions of the product was wrong cause it measured the packaging not the product. Nothing was done to correct the description on their website as it still stands today incorrectly marked. Returning the item would have meant I would have lost half my money, so I've kept it and I'm now using the packaging as the storage of my repair kit and not the navigator bag. The most expensive cardboard ever purchased. Sheesh!

Great quality piece of handmade kit, inkeeping with that retro style for the classic and modern classic aesthetic. Useful both on and off the bike, very functional with an unitrusive yet complimentary size and profile. Gotta love things made how they used to make 'em. Communicative and timely delivery process, highly recommended. Extremely satisfied.
To be honest the experience better than mobile mount but one major problem we can't unsee is we can't use this product in monsoon times otherwise this is worth buying every rupee

This is a really good accessory for motorcycle. Very functional. Looks great on my RE Meteor 350.
Overall I‘m satisfied with the product. However there are a few details that could have been better done. As the phone lies flat in the case (not with an angle like most competitors), it’s hard to see the display midday, when the sunlight/daylight is right above you. Also the plastic cover gets hot and soft and sticky, so it’s a bit annoying to get the phone out of the case, as it sits in a pocket behind the cover. That also makes it impossible to use it with a magnetic power bank and the hole for the cable is pretty small. However, the magnets are super strong. No problem to ride on the German Autobahn with 130km/h!
Incredible accessory! It attaches securely to the tank using strong magnets and stays perfectly in place. Super convenient and comfortable to use. There’s enough space to fit my iPhone 15 Pro Max, a power bank, camera batteries, my DJI Mic2, and my wallet. Definitely a great discovery—highly recommended.

Me parece un producto con unos acabados muy cuidados y una estética elegante. Muy bien pensado el fondo para el uso como bolso, estoy encantada con él , aunque he de decir que el uso en la Sportster no es muy recomendable pues el tanque es muy estrecho y hace dificil la visibilidad, aparte que la parte del tanque vibra más que el mancillar por lo que la cámara sufre bastante , aun asi lo suelo usar cuando lo necesito por su rapidez de instalación. Good quality well made, looks good. But If you have an XL phone theirs no room to plug the charger in while riding. Which could be problematic if your going to be out riding for extended time.
The navigator is a nicely handmade product but the customer support just miserable. To be honest I don’t think there is any support. I had a little cut on my navigator and asked them if there is a solution for both of us. Over 3 weeks passed and multiple emails send, no response. I also wrote them on instagram and just got like an automated answer. The second time I wrote them they just read it and didn’t even respond. So if there is something wrong with your product you are on your own.

Well done and easy to use
I find the middle belt buckle unnecessary and difficult to get the belt underneath it. So probably won't use it. Outside of that, the overall quality feels good and I love how it looks also on the bike and also on myself. It's a product that I would definitely recommend to all bikers!
