In time of fast fashion, the eastwood is timeless and blends with motorcycles modern and classic. It mounts to a motorcycle as a saddlebag or tailbag in seconds. It's handcrafted with 2.2 mm thick heavy duty leather that'll outlast your motorcycle and will build a one of a kind patina while at it.
Inside is a detachable suede leather sleeve that allows you to carry your laptop without the bag. It can be placed at the back while wearing it and in the front of the bag when it's mounted to prevent damage to the laptop.
A quick access rain cover keeps the weather demons away when the gods aren't too & accessibility: good to go

The backpack is made of top quality leather with a robust pannier design. I was a bit sceptical before buying it since I have the RE GT 650 and its upswept exhausts aren’t the best for hanging side panniers. However, Tripmachine assured me that the bag shall fit without touching the exhaust and it did. Quite easy to mount and dismount. This is my 9th purchase from Tripmachine and undoubtedly the best of it. I use it as a daily commute backpack/pannier and it certainly makes riding more enjoyable.
The backpack is of incredible quality and perfectly constructed. It's a genuine piece that will last a lifetime and become more and more beautiful! The versatility of being able to attach it to the motorcycle in various ways makes it the perfect companion for a short trip.
Honestly…all the product I bought from Trip Machine are Premium Quality…I really feel the company do care about they’re customers! Im from Canada 🇨🇦…Shipping was longer than expected…it says when I order 7-15 days…took about a month…its long!!! But the quality deserve the wait! Thank you Trip Machine Ben North
Super sturdy as mentioned. Looks beautiful too. Mounts on bike as you want to with the hooks but it’s too beautiful to be left near the tyres so I’m gonna wear it all the time.
The Good - Robust mounting system, bag is stable at high speeds - Good form factor and dimensions The Bad - Flimsy leather unlike other tripmachime products, especially near the zip area. It tore after a fall from rear footpeg in a parking lot. - I had to reshape 2 of the 4 brass buttons using pliers to be able to use them. - The green leather finish not durable and gets marked very easily despite using leather protector.
The manufacturer claims that its products are premium. It's a bold statement. However, it is fully justified. Thick, high-quality leather. The vintage look is captivating. Of course, this is my subjective opinion, but judge for yourself in the photo. The possibility of free personalization is a nice addition. Hand-made from natural leather in itself gives the product a one-of-a-kind, but personalization makes it even more unique. I feel like I have a premium item for many years. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but it was definitely worth it. Well done TripMachine!
Fits perfectly on my RE conti GT. Took me just 10 mins to fix it. I use it as my daily office backpack. Has enough space to pack in essentials for a weekend getaway. The leather quality feels top notch.
Overall, very happy and satisfied with the backpack. It’s a perfect size and has great styling. The leather is very sturdy, which helps to keep its shape firm and the bag can stand up. The snaps were a bit fiddly, not easily fastened, but seem to be “breaking in” and become easier. Rather nitpicky, the straps with the suede side down are too grippy when wearing as a backpack. Access is manageable, but in and out access is not quick and easy since the opening is somewhat tight with the zippers only reaching halfway down the sides. As another user said, the inside sleeve is too small for a 14” laptop, only fitting an iPad or might fit a MB Air. I’ll just use my own laptop sleeve. The mounting straps work well and do the job as intended. I happened to mount the bag long ways on the bike, and it looks great as you can see. Highly recommended, as the style and versatility of this tail bag/backpack can’t be beat. Thanks Trip Machine

Absolutely delighted to get my hands on the bag. I’ve been using Tripmachine products for quite sometime now and I must say, they’ve really outdone themselves with this one. The sizing is perfect and I really like the laptop sleeve and the cup holders. They’ve really paid attention to the details. Lovely product like always.

Doesn't mount to my bike even though I had confirmed prior to ordering about the compatibility. Have raised a return several times. Was told new straps shall be sent. Been almost a month but no action has been taken. No refund and no straps.

The leather of the Eastwood backpack is thick, high quality and has a beautiful patina. It will age really well. Mine is the dark green and I love the colour. It’s a decent enough size for my needs - fits a laptop and a light jacket in there. Saying that, it weighs a bit. It’s not a light thing. The quality is exceptional, but it has a couple of baffling design flaws that make it not really usable day-to-day for me. 1. The press-studs on the flap of the front pocket are completely ineffective. They simply don’t stay closed. So when used horizontally as a tail bag, it would not be wise to carry anything in there that you’re not OK with losing (no to phones!). A zipwould have been much more sensible. 2. Strangely, the main compartment zip opening runs anround the rear of the back pack (the face that is against your back, or seat - see photos online). This makes it really difficult to pack and take things out, especially when used as a tail bag. The bag doesn’t open out wide - virtually no usable opening. Putting the zip around the front (the outward facing face), or even around the top, would have made things SO much easier; a no-brainer. For those two reasons, I don’t use the bag very often; it’s beautiful, a work of true craftsmanship, but not really practical at all.

Almost perfect. Well manufactured but mounting to my Triumph Scrambler 1200 doesn‘t work with the provided straps. For safety reasons an elastic strap is needed.
Could be improved with some extra pockets on the inside. Big fan of the laptop bag though.
Great bag, feels solid and the green is beautiful. Only two little things that made me choose 4 instead of 5 stars: the straps to place the bag on the side of the bike are a bit short and the top of the bag is too rigid which makes the action of getting stuff out of it a bit unpleasant. For the rigidity, maybe it will get better with time as the leather gets older.
Great backpack and superb quality. Attention to detail is top notch! Happy to have the bag as my everyday bag.
A solid bag!
It’s convenient and my back doesn’t hurt because of the easy hook mechanism. The leather is not very flexible in shape when and can carry laptop and a few things. The laptop sleeve is good but only fits and iPad and not a laptop.

Hi ! This is Sujay . I have seen your product they are very good but my only problem is you need to display how to fix your products, like for example the phone pouch how do you fix it to the tank . And the bag you need to think of making more firm fixing any one can rob, not everyone wants to carry the bag around . This my suggestion. But your products are too good like them. Thanks Sujay Kamat
