The derby have been our most popular boots. Now in their third rendition, we have made improvements in safety and comfort while retaining the same classic design.
The reinforcements in the toe, heel and ankle are now more robust and we have increased the gauge of the leather by .2 mm to improve abrasion resistance. The footbed is constructed from a memory foam to provide better comfort.
The boots are still constructed from waxed leather with a metallic shank, and a texon insole, to give you the confidence to go anywhere. These boots are lined with lycra and leather to give the best comfort for long time wear. With metal hardware finished in antique gold, the boots provide a blend of durability, luxury and style.
The sole is an extremely light weight which makes these one of the lightest motorcycle boots out there.
We recommend that you get the boot protector as well for use on a motorcycle.

Stylish and sturdy leather riding boots that did not compromise on safety of the rider. Thought they would weigh more but did not feel the difference when worn.

Great boots, very comfortable for a riding boot.
The boots are sturdy and have an overall protective character about it. Initially, I had difficulty when walking in them but as the pair began to break in, I could feel the comfort of a strong tough shield over my feet. Perfect for long rides. Because it’s closed tight to the feet, it gets a bit stuffy when worn for long stretch of rides, but then that’s the bargain of being well covered. When the soles catch dirt and when polished back, the original black is not easily retrieved. However, the shoe offers great bang for your buck.

It looks great! The build is good! The only issue i faced was with the sole! The sole can be designed better for a longer comfort!
Very comfortable and good feel
Total waste of money. Boots are something that last for long time but unfortunately these boots sole are pasted and these soles get torn apart within a year usage. Additionally the side ankle protectors metal disc fall down to the bottom of the boots after lil bit of use. Won't recommend to buy it👎🏻 Waste of money...

The Derby boots WERE my favourite boot. BUT not any more! Previous to my recent purchase I had two pairs of the Derby boots - tobacco brown and black - and they were terrific! The most comfortable boot I've owned right out of the box! No break in time required. They were so comfortable that they became my go to everyday footwear on and off the bike. Miles of riding, hiking in the desert, working on the building site or in the office - I never had an issue .... UNTIL I bought the "new" Derby boot. These new boots are almost unbearably uncomfortable - especially around the tow box. I've been wearing them for a few months now and still trying to break them in but my feet and toes are sore and blistered. I don't enjoy wearing them and have been optimistically hoping they would somehow become like my previous pairs which were so comfortable. Have they changed their leather? Or shape? Or sizing? Or construction? I don't know - Trip Machine have not responded. I want to love the Derby boots again! But this new pair is so painful and uncomfortable.

Worst customer service team. Absolutely pathetic customer service staff. The delivery timelines of 3-5 days for India has never been met. I have made few purchases and each time there has been considerable delay. Absolutely clueless customer handling. Unless they are trained properly, this company doesn’t have a bright future.

Wrote to tell that straight out of the box one eyelet faulty. Response was an offer of 10% discount which was actually a subscriber linked offer to everyone. Not happy with after sales response and I haven’t worn them yet. Will they last as long as other brands? Will other parts be faulty. Poor customer service - trip machines staff attitude is not acceptable. The is a competitive market with many alternative sellers - Trip Machine have so far performed very poorly. I love the comfort of the boots and their design
Overall satisfied with the product. Very comfortable and light when riding long distances. Product quality seems good. Boots adjusted pretty well after wearing them for a couple of days. They are light and feel sturdy at the same time. It is very hot in the NCR these days and small white patches have appeared on the side of the boots that were close to the engine. Nothing major but they are barely a month old and I can't seen to be able to remove them. Seems superficial and haven't affected the boots in any other way. I think it was a great purchase. RE and other motorcycle brands did not have my size so that was another plus point. Worth buying but would have preferred leaving a review after a year of usage.

Appearance: The Boots present a very appealing look. Construction: Initially, the construction quality appeared robust; however, with daily use, the adhesive bonding between the sole and the upper, as well as the laces, has begun to deteriorate. Comfort: The boots are lacking in comfort due to the absence of proper insole padding. I’ve had to order FRiddo inner soles to improve comfort for extended wear. Laces: The quality of the laces is subpar, showing signs of wear within just four months. Overall Impression: After four months of regular use, I find myself dissatisfied with this purchase.
Super comfy boots! I treated them with some mink oil and they’ve already handled some rainy British weather very well. They don’t appear like riding boots at all! 100% recommend.

If your biker you have gotta own one of these… sturdy and cool boots.. I had an accident and I was in these boots.. my ankle got saved cause of the protectors in the boots and I had a gloves on so my hands got saved too.. didn’t have a jacket so scrapped my elbows.. but lesson learnt Just buy it already !!! Had been looking for a comfortable riding shoe for a while now. Had a motocross riding shoe which was uncomfortable and almost unusable. This definitely is comfortable and a lot more usable. Function is one thing but the design of these shoes are equally impressive. Overall great product, very confidence inspiring with the safety features and very usable. Thank you !

In dry sunny day it’s good toe wear comfortable shoes, however on a sudden rainy ride , water ingress , washout if outer coating goes off , drying in Sun is easy and polishing after that looks charm, except tried using the shoe protector is not of much use as it moves away from the gear , if the belt of protector tucked under the grooves , Even when we keep the protector belt under the toe grips , totally soils the grip purpose of shoe sole , so just wasted the money for protector. The boots are amazing after a nice polish. Suggestion, remove the shoe protector from your purchase , have extra laces / polish free on purchase instead
